Deposits

Cancellations

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event:
Clients may be eligible for a partial refund of any payments made beyond the deposit. -
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event:
No refund will be issued, but we may offer credit toward a future event at our discretion.
Rescheduling

We allow one reschedule without penalty if requested at least 7 days in advance and subject to availability.

Service Interruptions
If an event is disrupted or shortened due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue issues, or client delays), refunds will not be issued. We are not responsible for third-party failures (e.g., venue closures, power outages).
No-Shows
Failure to communicate or show up to a scheduled event without notice is considered a no-show and results in no refund.
